You need to gain control over the event instead of letting the event gain control over you. You need to make sure that that everything is okay one piece at a time. For instance, one day you should take care of the decorations and the next day deal with the venders. This way you aren’t taking on too much at once. You may also hire an assistant to help you or you may find that things can get too much.
